These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of massha.shop (“Website”) and your purchase of products from Massha.

By accessing the Website, browsing our products, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. About Massha

Massha is an online retail/reselling store that offers products sourced from third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.

Products may be sourced from different suppliers depending on availability and other operational considerations.

8. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Cashfree, or other payment methods made available through our Website.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to its terms and policies.

Massha does not request your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP through email, telephone, social media or messaging applications.

You should never share such information with anyone claiming to represent Massha.

9. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available, additional order verification may be required before dispatch.

We may decline or cancel COD orders where verification cannot be completed, delivery is unavailable, or other reasonable circumstances prevent fulfilment.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and timeframes shown on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Massha is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, natural events, transportation problems, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Returns and Refunds

Purchases from Massha are generally final and non-returnable/non-refundable, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
